All files I receive from clients are different, some people write their manuscript in Word, others only have a PDF version, or they have used some other software. Some days I receive clean documents, other days I receive extremely messy documents with hidden formatting and extras which need removing.
For this reason I don’t like to provide a standard list of rates for book formatting because each will be different. I have stated below a set of standard prices for text only books, those which don’t contain any images, diagrams, bulleted or numbered lists and other ‘extra’ formatting outside of the main text.
