When it comes to having our manuscripts prepared for e-publication, Jo is the best.   She is fast, efficient and knowledgeable in the fast-changing digital publishing industry.   She is 5,000 miles away from our office, but is more present and timely than some of our helpers who are working 50 feet away.  Her work is always professional and flawless, and if there are changes to be made, she does so immediately.  Jo’s a virtual find!
